Very bad experience.I went to Dr.Prashant .I had some allergy.But he prescribed me steroids.After 5 days my condition detoriates and I had to visit another Doctor.At Renuka ,they even gave me wrong power.visiting Renuka is a total wastage of money and time.I can't explain the pain and suffering which I had to bear during this time.

After doing all regular check up of my father Renuka denied to do OT . Renuka team called us on 23 rd April 2023 and denied doing OT date inspite of taking OT date . They said their machine is not working visit their Barasat chamber. Ridiculous service .. they only know how to harras patient and senior citizens.
I had a very bad experience here. It's been 2 months since the cataract operation, still the eye problems are appearing. Dr. Sreya Biswas is a wrong doctor. knows nothing Please don't see a doctor.
Very organised institute and the staffs are really well behaved and helpful. Dr. Shreya Bishwas is really good doctor. She guided us in a perfect way.
