The reception counter lady does not behave well and takes a lot of time. A complaint should be made to the head office. She is very arrogant. She neither knows how to talk nor gives any detail to the patient. A 5 minute work takes 2 hours.

They never pick call for appointment worst service in Kolkata other hospitals are better from them.

Even though doctor experience is good, but taking appointment here through their phone system is pathetic, even after 30 times try, unable to connect with agent to book an appoinment. They supposed to take care of their phone system to provide service better. Even though they take higher fees, they do not care about time of patients and conumers.

below average experience. The doctor is knowledgeable and polite. But the optometrist lady was incompatible at her job. She repeated my eye power twice, kept me waiting for 3 hours long, and then also gave wrong specs power.

Pathetic . No value of time . Almost full day will be wasted . One retinal doctor eesh Nigam sees more than hundreds patients . No solution provided to the patients even after 2 visits in a 10 days interval . Long waiting in front of doctor cabin makes you highly frustrated . Competitively the counter desk girls are cooperative but the process is over time consuming and no clear solution from the doctor ,

I had to visit this place for my mother. She is suffering from Glaucoma and only has blur vision through her left eye.. The staffs including the receptionist and optometrist are rude out there. Was rude not only with me but with my mother too since she was unable to follow their instruction due to her poor vision. Even the doctor was in a hurry though the place was not crowded and to add she was rude too. I would never suggest anyone to visit that place. They have other branches in kolkata however the one near Dharmatala is pathetic.
