Dr Shyamal Roy is an efficient eye surgeon & did seamlessly cataract eye operation of my both eyes very recently at Hatibagan branch. He is very soft-spoken with a beaming smile always on his face, a suave person & listens to patients with a patience- a rare attribute to be found nowadays.The ambience of the place is,by and large, very pleasant.The staffs are mostly young people and are very friendly and always eager to extend their co-operation and assistance.I wish Susrut Hatibagan, Dr Roy,in particular, to forge ahead further & serve the people of North Kolkata through their noble service and efforts.
