On 2021 I purchase two pair of lenses from Titan Eye Plus shop beside Behala PS. After 2 year use one pair of lens getting damaged. I know maybe this is beyond warranty period while i am writing this review. I am customer of titan eye+ product since 2009 But now i am very much surprise about bad product quality of titan eye+
Efficient optometrist and behaviour with the customer is very cordial...They suggest a good pair of glasses according to your need and also keeping the budget in mind... especially the optometrist did her job to a tee... I've ordered two pair of glasses and still I've faced no issue... perfect fit with my face and the power is very much accurate...

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the staff behaviour when it comes to claim of warranty within my stipulated time of my Vogue product. I have raised the issue to the highest possible authority and let's see what redressal can be hoped for. Not recommended at all anymore!
Today myself alongwith my Mrs. visited this shop n bought 2 sun glasses at very reasonable price compared to other shops at Behala. Staffs of shop are very knowledgeable n explained the queries quite well. We will recommend our neighbours to visit this shop n meet their requirements as n when they feel it necessary. So today 4th May, 2024 I went for repairing my specs , which was in a very bad condition. But the technician uncle was so good and it took only 10 minutes for him to repair it . He was so very friendly and polite. 😊
