Titan Eye+ at Manohar pukur, Kolkata

I usually go to the Park Street branch (which is okay) but this branch floored me with their service. Esp the lady in the store, who lived up to the line 'expert who cares". Also, until now I didn't even know I had points to redeem! Happily shifting services to this branch.

I accidentally bent my glasses and didnt tell my parents because they were bought just a week ago so in a panic, I came here and was so worried that it couldnt be fixed but they fixed it and I am so grateful to them now. Thank you.

Excellant service by all the staff members of the store. They will guide you for the best solution of your eyes. Must vist.

Extremely helpful staff. They have gone out of their way to select the perfect pair of spectacles for both my children and most importantly stood by their word to offer after sales service in the best possible manner. My son had damaged his spectacles due to carelessness on his part. Yet they went out of their way to help us get replacement. Keep up the good work.

I thank Mr Tanmoy who was very proactive, helpful & receptive when I visited the store at Manoharpukur Road. Due to Tanmoy the process of selecting the lens etc was very smooth and efficient. Wish him a great future.
