Unfortunately no warranty on frame . My frame ( though within Low budget ) broke within 3 months of purchase. Had to buy a new one . Which today was supposed to be delivered by fixing the lens. To my utter dismay they failed to deliver the same. Literally frustrated and disappointed.
The best in the town highly recommended I was facing the issue with the warranty and not getting any solution at any store but this was the only outlet which solved my problem on top priority within 12hrs even new alipore outlet near to my home denied to help me out thank you santoshpur outlet for giving me the best solution.

I visited the Titan Eye Plus store yesterday.. Here all the employees behaviour is good 😊..And they suggest me to buy value for money product for me and my family. Mainly I mention the Eye Testing procedure they have is much advanced as compared to other. Overall Experience is very NYC. Everyone should have to visit and experience the same.
One of the best store experience. Dedicated staff and very well behaved. Takes care of all your requests. I've made 3 spectacles from here and many lenses. Totally recommend it.
