I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nivedita Eye Care! The entire team, from the reception to the doctors, were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which put me at ease right from the start. The doctors took the time to explain my fathers' ( patient ) condition and treatment options in detail, answering all my questions patiently. The treatment itself was quick, painless, and highly effective. Overall, I would highly recommend Nivedita Eye Care to anyone seeking top-quality eye care. Their commitment to excellence, compassion, and patient satisfaction is truly exceptional. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!" One suggestion for improvement: Installing a digital patient sequence board in the waiting area would greatly enhance the experience. This would help patients keep track of their turn and reduce anxiety while waiting.

This hospital is located approx 1 KM from Netaji More Bus Stand. You can get plenty of electric toto vehicle for your commute. This is newly constructed hospital having good services like general check up, micro surgery, etc. Fee for general check up is 250₹ and they have a price list for different surgeries. Corona protocol is strictly followed with mask, sanitizer and social distancing. You need to take prior appointments for checkup. Waiting time depends on crowds and availability of doctors. Cleanliness is maintained and behavior of staffs are polite. Overall a good hospital is terms of cleanliness and general services.

Very good eyes clinic. The doctors and the staff members behavior is good. And everything is well maintain. Overall a good experience.

Great facilities at an affordable price. Hygienically great environment. Staff cordial and apt. But i suggest you take change as it will be hard to get change of 2000 and 500 in the opening hours.😉😉😜. Jokes apart, doctors are good and professional and staff is cordial. Also facilitates in-house chemist and spec shop.

One stop solution for all of your eye problems . Dr. Roy will give you advices like your gurdian , but the only problem is to get appoinment for heavy crowd. Though, I was treated with good care.

All things are good but customer relationship management should be improved. I could not make my appointment today due to some emergency. The receptionist guy called me and behaved rudely and cut my phone instead of helping me for new appointment. I want to ask Is this the way u guys behave with ur customers?? Very disappointing.
