Darshan Netralaya

I have been visiting Darshan Netralaya Eye Hospital for the past two years, and I have always been a satisfied patient, appreciating the respectful behavior of the staff and management. Because of my positive experience, I had recommended the hospital to many people. However, last week I asked my parents to visit the hospital for a retina check-up, as a precaution due to the medicines my mother is taking. Unfortunately, they had a very disappointing experience. The management staff behaved irresponsibly and showed a lack of care and attention toward patients and their queries. As a result, my parents had to visit the hospital twice, and they were charged additional fees. This experience was deeply upsetting, especially given the trust we had placed in the hospital based on previous visits.

This is the best eye hospital I have seen. Every staffs are very good and flawless.

Management is organised. Staffs are helpful and well behaved. Doctors (I consulted Dr. Dibyendu Saha) are efficient and polite. Hygiene and aesthetics of the building is pleasing. Go for it.

One of the worst experience. Behaviour of staffs is very nice but the main problem with doctor(PS). Rude behaviour not only with the patient but with the staffs also. Even don't listen to your problem thoroughly.....yes I'm editing this review. But not deleting the previous one. Coz whenever I was there I got disappointed. They only knows money. Only prefer new patients. Today I was there bcoz of some medicinal issues,the staffs didn't listen to me. Not even help to contact with doctor.

Very Beautiful Place... With Good management.All staff are very much efficient and well behaved. All kinds of eyes 💊 medicines are available here.

Very Nice Behavior of Dr. D. Saha, All kind of eye surgeries including Cataract surgeries are conducted by a Highly efficient team.

Patient Sequence maintaining system is so bad. Waiting hall is congested & lack of sitting area for patients. Modern treatments & Doctors are good 👍
