In this hospital I meet lots of stuff who are my colleagues but one an only this girl melt my heart most honest and loyal girl ever I meet We meet lots of people in our life on school, tution batch, college, office We make friends but such of friends are true friends That is Sahini 💓

Nice hospital, very neat and clean environment. Service is also very good, it has a big waiting hall. Operation are also done here with a very affordable price. Canteen is also available on the 3rd floor and fod is also very nice at very minimal cost.

One of the worst behaviour of the staff in this hospital mostly DR Manomay Banerjee assistance staff her behaviour is very bad with the patient and there families plz take strict action against the lady assistance of the doctor… other wise will file a mail to the head office of your hospital…

Earlier gave this place good rating. Came here after 3 years for getting my mom's second eye Cataract done and what an epic fall it has been for this place. Some Nurses are shouting with patients as if this is some fish market. There is no proper order, Wait time is enormous and nobody is respecting the fact that u came here in between your own work. A place that doesn't respect other's time is never worth any appreciation. We went to a Receptionist to ask how much time will it take, instead of answering, She was getting Hyper. The only good thing about this Hospital is Dr.Lohia, He is exceptional and somehow if he can teach courtesy to the other people in the Hospital, it might elevate the pathetic level of service from the support staff here.

Staff are not good they are not maintained the line of patient . They bring the paper of patient and keep side and forget to call . It is not first time always it happened

The best eye hospital in our locality.The rate for eye check up is very reasonable.All the patients eyes r examined with proper care .

Genuine review- I recently visited this eye hospital for my mother’s eye operation i am from Jharkhand. Well hygiene and also operation cost is good but But some staff's behavior is not good. But there was a staff whose name is Sneha Rout she take care of my mother that’s why i give here 5 star.

Have no complain against the doctors... My pediatrician told me for ROP of my baby. I called them.. they told to bring my baby to the hospital.. I was the first one to reach there.. the retina section .. After waiting one and half hour , the helping staff give the dialator drop to my baby's eyes. Then doctor came.. But the pupil were not dialated. The doctor observe and refer my baby for better clinic writing on the prescription that the pupils are not dialting. I went there by 10 am. The doctor came by 12.. and I exit from there about 1 pm. For second opinion, I went for another eye clinic. The helping staff give drop... And the pupils dialated ... So I must say that the particular helping staff is just useless.. she don't know how to handle a one month old baby... She doesn't care about patients health... Just careless.... Never go there...
