Das Optics -Best optical Showroom in Nabadwip

My experience was terrible. Owner have a attitude problem. Don't bother to answer a customer. When I went to pick up my new glass, they said that my frame is with them but the glass is in kolkata. It took two days for them to bring my glass and I was already out of station them. And I doubt that they give me different frame. I DO NOT RECOMEND das optics AT ALL !

Good service, nice behavior, price within limit ,also got expensive to normal price product.

Very arrogant behaviour,only 2 customer was at shop on 25march 22 0800pm,they make me stand for 40 min just to deliver 01 spec deliver after that they did not gave me even any box or carry.bag. They hand over me 3-4 item,but said box is not given to spec. This time 04 staff was available,but They WaS apethetic towards me. At Las after 40 min they hand over d pec 2 me. I have made spec 9 times in this shop,but their behaviour is deterioration is increasing day by day. So I promised this is my last transaction with das.

I needed to replace my reading glasses. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Two people are working the counter and they handle everyone at the same time. Veey efficient. Good price. Cost a lot less than USA
