I came for a corporate eye check up waited long but things was done ! Doctor is very experienced doctor and i had a great experience no matter what people say !!! He also let me use his solution since i was wearing my lens that kindness he shown . He has given me more than 10 minutes time detailed check he insisted when he could have given two three minutes . Apart from Wait time outside receptionist picture shown might be little rude but doctor is a gem 💎

Dr. is nice and experienced. But the receptionist sitting in front desk is highly rude and has no sign of politeness in his way of speaking. His way of talking is like he is talking to beggers. Wait time is too long. Even on booking 2 days in advance, had to sit for more than 2 hrs.This is only because of mismanagement and reluctance to know the importance of time. KV Principal

To good doctor behavior also nice

Very bad experience. The patients are paying the fees but the doctor have no courtesy of How to behave with the patient. Such a rude and arrogant behavior he showed when I simply asked about the medicine prescription. Such arrogant and irresponsibe behavior is not acceptable. This is really humiliating. Apart from that he doesn't even give time to his patients where patients are made to wait for more than an hour. Very poor service. Pathetic. They just mind money and nothing else. If it would been possible I would have given him zero star but he deserves less than that also.

Service is excellent. Behaviour of every staff is praiseworthy. I am very happy.

my mom had done one operation & after the operation she felt so many issues but the doctor said that it doesn't matter. My dad used to work in Air India & the doctor was empanelled we did the surgery from there. Till now my mom has issues in that particular eye. Don't go behaviour is very bad.

Worst experience,i visited there for my father,Dr s.k. bose soo arrogant and business minded cheap doctor doesnt know how to behave with a patient, he is always ready to operate no matter whats the condition of the patient for getting money

I had great impression of him before. I have visited him since my childhood. Unfortunately these days he literally doesn't give enough time for his patients. 2-3 mins for a patient is way too less.
