Personal Eyes

I bought a Taghills frame at a discounted price of Rs.945/- with a branded costly Lens on 9/01/2020,but just after 2 months i.e, on 12/03/2020 while I was reading the frame suddenly got cracked with a cracking sound at no fault of me. I went there asking for the replacement but they denied,instead I had to pay for the fresh frame since I had no alternative but to buy the same frame for the sake of the costly lens.So they are not at all trustworthy.

Honestly the frames here are grossly overpriced! There is no justification in buying non branded frames for such high prices from here. I bought a frame for Rs 1200 from here and after using it for just 3 months the frame cracked due to no fault of mine.. They didnt even replace it saying their frames didnt have any sort of warranty... so i would advise you to go to Titan Eye that's nearby for any spectacle related needs and avoid this shop!

The guys were very helpful and I received my spects and accompanying lens cleaner etc in a big shiny gorgeous box.Wow!!

They have supplied a poor quality frame different from the frame as promised by them . Very disappointed and i will not buy a single spectacle from this shop from now onwards.
