Hi, I am going to B T ROAD branch for my mother.reception people are not so many help full but other staff are good.and very dissatisfied with dr salil Sen sungupta behaviour. But very happy to talk with the Dr koushik Tripathi. Also give many thanks to Ms mandira madamA(staff) it's very helpful, peaceful behaviour and so kind hearted. If I will refer in future to your B T ROAD branch only for two people one Dr Koushik Tripathi and your staff Mandira madam. Please share this feedback to both the people.and please suggest to give training to your reception people they are so rude.

I visited at Asg Eye Hospital with my father yesterday on 10th of April and my experience was horrible. The waiting time was way long. I waited for more than 4 hours at the hospital. Also at every step, the eye checkup is done after 30 minutes to an hour gap and I had to remind the staff that "When it will be done". It was really irritating. The doctor saw us for just 1-2 minutes without properly talking to us and led us to the hospital staffs to discuss further about the treatment procedure and charges whereas we had to wait for half an hour more for the prescription as well. I clearly told I had power issues which I wanted to know and that's why I came over here. Even my father had the same problem. But they ignored that and focused mainly on some other treatment & charges which I'm not sure is needed or not. I was told that my power will be checked second time since first time it hardly took 3-4 minute to check which was also not done properly. But it was not done as the staff told second time again it will be checked properly. The Doctor was more focusing on what to do about the treatment. So if you want to waste your time going there surely you can. But for me it's not worth it. Because the purpose for which I visited over there was not served. Kindly listen to your patients and there issues. Don't waste their time. My father being from same profession we never expected this experience from a so called renowned hospital.

Only receptionist girl's behavior was good, else whole staff is discourteous. I went with my child and they switched off the AC as there were no patients. Its very obvious that they don't get many patients so they run ASG branch here on limited money and so hurry for switching off AC to save money stock left with them

Located in Kamarhati, GT Road, this is a good hospital for anything eye related. The staff here is well behaved and helpful. There is usually a waiting time and the full eye checkup takes 2-3 hours in total for the first time. The hospital is equipped with modern machines and neatly maintained. You can choose your preferred doctor from the doctors available that day. Overall a good place to get your eyes checked and the doctors are reliable.

Don't waste your precious time going there. Today my mother's treatment was denied by the doctor, after waiting for 4/5 hrs. due to the reason that we have asked why taking so much time, since my mother is a diabetes patients, and this was 2nd visit with same slow experience.Never heard of any incidents where the doctor denied treatment of an innocent 75 yrs old patient. It was a crime by the doctor!

Went ASG Kamarhati branch for an eye check up,Doctor suggested for OT. The day of OT we went there at 8am and entire OT completed around 1.45 pm.They didn't provide any food for the patient such a long time apart from only tea and biscuits. They also provided white cheap toy type glass after OT which was clearly visible sunlight and outside.It is actually not working for the patient by any chance. Respected Doctor also provided 6(six) different types of eye drops along with 2/3 tablets.

A very bad institution is ASG Eye Hospital, Kamarhati. I will tell everyone not to make a mistake in getting treatment here. I took my mother here for an eye injection. We arrived at the hospital at about 11:45 a.m. My mother made wear OT's dress and kept her in bed until 5 pm. My mother is a kidney patient. I just asked why hasn't the operation started yet?, so Dr. Kaushik Tripathi refused to operate on my mother .Dr.Kaushik Tripathi's behavior is very bad and absolutely inhumane. In the end, I returned home at 7 pm without receiving any treatment from the ASG Eye hospital, Kamarhati. So, I request everyone, no one should go here.

Very well behaved and services. Dr. Koushik Tripathy Sir is really one of the best eye specialist. Will recommend to everyone to visit here and have an appointment of Dr Koushik Tripathy Sir. Wishing him and ASG Eye hospital All the best. Thank you
