I've been here many times(for myself) but today I'm here for my grandmother and just noticed that elders who can't read or a bit too old the doctors treat them so poorly and lose patience so easily.... Like they are old of course they will understand things lately but is it right for the doctors to raise their voices on them and treat them poorly? And not only her... A old man was also complaining to the receptionist about their poor behaviours... Just because the visiting price is low doesn't mean they will treat others as if nothing! Terrible experience here! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! SUCH A SHAME!!

Servive is pathetic. The receptionists always talk among themselves and least bothered about the patients. I waited about 10minutes in front of a receptionist and she was over phone talking about personal things all the time. Now the next part. The optometrist is not at all soft towards patients and he is always in a hurry. Then the Doctor, She was sitting idle with a casual approach, didn’t even give 2 minutes and check eye on the instrument. Just suggested a power based on the report of the optometrist. Over all experience is not at all satisfactory. They should work on their staff base of this unit.

Just because they charge low fee doesnt mean they can treat us like bhed bakri. Not seeing us even for a min while making us wait for hours. The power they gave was wrong. Sushrut is a nightmare for me because of Dr arindam Kundu, a pervert, frightened me, but l was fine,according to the doctor i took a second opinion from ourside Sushrut.. They said there was something wrong wih my retina while there wasn't any. Also the staff's behaviour is very poor. Dr Shelley Verma was far far better.

My mother recently had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Subhra Pratim Pal at Susrut Eye Foundation & Research Centre, Kamalgazi, and the experience was smooth. Dr. Pal was highly professional, thoroughly explained each step of the procedure, and ensured my mother felt comfortable throughout. The extraction was expertly done, the aftercare instructions were clear and helpful, and the dental staff was friendly and efficient.

This particular branch doesn't have proper experience doctors and other medical staffs are not properly trained either. This branch needs to replace with more efficient Doctors and medical team.

I have done an eye test of my father. Earlier we had to go to saltlake branch for eye testing but now it is at Kamalgazi (just at the crossing where bypass is starting which is going to dhalai bridge.If you are coming from Dhalai Bridge then it will be on your left side) Overall they are organised. You can get your specs done from there itself. They do cataract operation etc in this branch as well, you can call them for detail information as per your need. Thank you

Very bad experience . My mother's right eye had been lost for her at kamalgachi susrat. She can't see by right eye.

I am very satisfied with my mother's Cataract surgery. The surgeon Dr.Aniket Ginodia is very good surgeon overall the whole atmosphere was very good 👍. The whole facility is well furnished . Susrut Eye foundation & Research Centre is very nice I am very much happy and satisfied . Due to their great surgeons and good surgery my mother got a new way to look the world again . She is now able to see the beautiful world again Thanks to the Dr. Aniket Ginodia of Susrut Eye Foundation and Research Centre.🙏🙏🙏.
