I am a regular customer of this store since 2021. I used to get nice service as well as good behavior so far. In the recent time I had to visit the store for some minor adjustments of a pair of items, purchased in December, 24. Initially it was told to wait as all were busy. After waiting for some time I was told that the items were OK and not required to do any adjustment. When the problems were specifically shown, it was stated that it is required to keep them as they don't have staffs to make such adjustments and require to send to lab. Next day I got a call and I was handed over the glasses. Returning back home I found a prominent scratch on one of the glasses and a over sized screw has been used for making those adjustments. I don't know how many times I reqire to visit the store for such small adjustments.
