My experience was too good, staff was friendly, informative, attentive who helped us all the way. They have state-of-the-art infrastructure which is essential for a quality eye care which they provide at a very reasonable rate. Dr. Arnab Pal is a very competent eye surgeon who treated my mother with utmost care. He is very thorough and extremely caring. So I would definitely recommend Dr. Arnab pal at Optisight eye hospital (Sonarpur) .

Dr Arnab pal is truly exceptional! Not only is their expertise in eye care top-notch,but they also have a remarkable ability to put patients at ease, explaining complex issues clearly are taking the time to answer all questions throughly. Dr.S.S.Das super excellent with a golden arm set lenses on my both eyes. Left eye was in critical condition, now got a comfortable sight. Also Splendid teamwork in all respects.

I would like to share my review about the hospital . Excellent facilities, wonderful atmosphere, starting from the staffs , helping hands and the service it's just so pleasing and helpful. Dr. Das is such an excellent person and doctor with so much of knowledge and guidance. I have always experienced a better facility from their end as and when required. It's been really great getting a good service from their end.

I recently had the opportunity to accompany my father for his cataract surgery at Optisight Eye Hospital, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Facility: The hospital is well-equipped with modern facilities that ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients. The cleanliness and organization of the hospital were also commendable. Doctor: The surgeon who performed the operation was not only highly skilled but also very approachable. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all our questions and concerns with patience. Staff: The staff at Optisight Eye Hospital were very friendly and helpful. From the receptionists to the nursing staff, everyone was attentive and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. Clear instructions were provided before and after the surgery, which helped us understand what to expect. Suggestion: One suggestion I would like to offer is regarding appointment management. As the number of outdoor patients is increasing day by day, implementing a prior appointment system could significantly improve time management and reduce waiting times. Overall Satisfaction: Overall, we are very satisfied with the care my father received at Optisight EyeHospital. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of eye surgery or optical services.
