To, The Owner, Shibarati Eye Care & Nursing Home Subject: Urgent Need for Improvement in Hospital Services. Respected Sir, I recently visited "Shibarati Eye Care & Nursing Home" and had a very disappointing experience. The payment system is unprofessional—staff provided a personal UPI ID instead of a merchant ID, and a 1% fee was charged for credit card payments. The hospital premises were extremely dirty, with unclean floors throughout the day. The staircase, which patient attendants are forced to use due to the lack of an elevator, was also covered in dirt. While attendants are not allowed to wear shoes, hospital staff move in and out with shoes, increasing the risk of infection. Such unhygienic conditions pose serious health hazards. Moreover, the front office staff are untrained and often misbehave with patients and their families. These issues severely impact patient care and must be addressed immediately. I urge you to take corrective action to improve hygiene, staff training, and ethical practices. It will enhance patient trust and goodwill.

Nurse were very rude. They Don't know how to behave with a patients. Even they Don't know how to make a chanel.... Worst experience....

Shivarati Eye Care & Nursing Home is a good Nursing home because it is so clean and it's service is too good.I shall,it will be upgraded more and called one of the best.

it's totally business .....not done the correct treatment... my mother is admitted on 28 Dec 2021 for high pressure not the serious condition but.they have to admitted ICCU WORD with the high bill which is 15000/- for one day.but when they are discharge my mother the bill is not produced. please friends kindly avoid this type of nurshing home for treatment ...this type of nursing home only open for business not the wealth for service.....so, I requested to all please avoid this kind of nurshing home please other wise all are suffers many problems.....

My grandmother admitted there twice and she was severely ill with many age related disease but with care and zeal the doctors and co-operators of that nursing did their best and my grandma returned home.. But the cost of charges and everything is very grand and high... Be careful of that....

Third class service.. demand extra money… no time maintaining… the treat money not patient…..
