This is very irritating situation that the number which called many time but no one responce or received... It is very uncomfortable situation.... Mrs kakali saha is a worker of this clinic is very rude behaviour and she doesn't know how to speak with the patients. Today I visit to the clinic and she behave like the honour of this trust. As such an human being like KAKALI SAHA, institute or clinic is disrepute. I think this kind of staff whose bad behave goes the institute named disrespect should resigned from the institution. Kakali saha speech is so loudly and mis behave all the patient party and say that this is the process of their calling to patient. But I appreciate to some staff whose behaviour is so soft and not an harmful. Secondly the manager doesn't know the process and procedure of mediclaim. Cashier and manager at 4no counter teach the patient party that if I choose the mediclaim,I will handover a good surgeon otherwise I will handover a normal surgeon. This is not the way to speake like that. Overall I don't want to diagnose my mother for this kind of mis behaviour ship and crude condition.
