Service is good but some receptionist behaviour was not good they think that they known all and they don't know how to treat with people they talk rudely specially ground floor receptionists.otherwise all are good

I think all the higher rating are paid. My mother did phaco for cataract but did not get any relief,even it's worst after operation and also new problem faced . After cataract operation she now seeing a small fly always infront of her eye but she nothing such things seen before. No solution they only refer others doctor in their hospital and tests. All the doctors checkup patient about 20s. They didnot answer well . Totally waste of money,time and health.

Netrajyoti eye hospital is a big hospital only related to eye treatment. The panel of doctors include Dr.D.Mohanty himself. He's one of the best doctors in eye treatment. The location of the eye hospital is also in a prime location. It is between NH-34 and Ranaghat railway station. If you wish to come through bus,stop at Mission Gate bus stoppage and avail e-rickshaw. Nearly all type of eye problems are being treated here. The success ratio is also appreciated. This hospital not only serve ranaghat but people all over the district and state come here for eye treatment.

✓ Hospital stuffs are too disrespectful, impolite, arrogant and their behaviour is very rough and rude. ✓They will Not treat you as a human. ✓Throughout India m-aadhar is valid but here they only accept physical Aadhar. Don't know why? I think they are superior to the Govt of India. ✓ Don't come here..

Very very slow service. The staffs are not at all well trained. They are not sure about diagnosis and most importantly the price of the medicines is much more than any other pharmacy. My mother did not get any relief after taking their prescribed medications. Very very bad experience...

Staff all unprofessional, Talks very badly with the patient. While doing the patient's checkup, they started talking to each other. Very Bad experience 😕 Money wroest and Time wroest 😌

Wrost eye checkup by optometrist ever!!! They gave me overpowered prescription even though I told them that I was not comfortable with the power during the tests! But they forced me to wear it! Those spectacles gave intense eye ache and headache that the intraocular pressure of my eyes increased gradually! So ungreatful staff behaviour! They are very rude to every patient! Very bad service! All the staffs are so uncultured! If a person is not sick they why should they go to hospitals!? Obviously not for hanging out ! The staffs don't think twice to behave like this to others! They needed their help not their rude attitude! Not going to visit again there! Not recommended at all!!!
