Very very unprofessional behaviour by the lady who picks up the call when we do booking. If someone wants to do a test like ultrasonography by self and not prescribed by the doctor then the lady will ask which type of ultrasonography and won't suggest if it is of lower abdomen, upper abdomen or whole abdomen and then yells on the call. Worst experience over the call itself. If there was an option to give negative rating I would have given that too.

I DO agree with same fact that it's one of the worst clinic with worst management system. It's a systematic itstituition to harrass patients at the cost of the patient's own money and valuable time. I strongly suggest not to come here for clinical test. Review should be in negative.

I had USG under Dr.Sumit kr bisoyi and he was very polite and helpful... the team kept my request...thank you so much...

Worst nursing home The wait time is too much why will associate there call patients 2 hour before and lab technician comes.. With expire clinical certification.. donot know about Quality of test.

Like, MD CT Scan of whole parts of humans body, Digital X-Ray, USG, Ecocardiography, ECG, EEG, Uroflowmetri, PFT, Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, HSG, All types of pathological tests, poly clinic and Doctor's chamber facilities are available. Please come and take an Excellent services.....

Worst pathology those who are sitting in reception they are really worst we are calling and asking for an appointment they are not intertaing customer they are laughing and taking call on speaker. In a a day we are calling 3 times and different person are giving different instructions only for appointment they don't have proper knowledge also. If you guys don't know how to speak with customer please look into it first.
