Disha Eye Hospital Sheoraphuli

Very neat and clean eye hospital in this locality. Staff are cordial and well experienced doctors are available. Low cost surgery for different eye problems available here. Dedicated staffs are always busy to Maintain the hygiene condition of the hospital. Continuous monitoring for maintaining the hygiene level is appreciated. Long waiting time has been observed but it is due to heavy patients load.

All types of eye care treatment under one roof with spit and span premises. But poor staff management, staffs often behave rudely.... Specifically at my case, I experience:- Behaviour of the lady deployed at counter no. 401 (3rd floor) at Disha Eye Hospital, Sheoraphuli is rude and is disrespectful towards patients. Showing arrogance without considering age and modesty of the patients as she shouted on my mother-in-law(aged 62 years) over a faulty ladies toilet door at 3rd floor.(CCTV footage reference for more clarity) Matter addressed to reception and the same is e-mailed, hoping for a positive response from your end.

The behaviour of the junior staff is not at all nice. In fact when they couldn't even give eye drops for pupil dilation properly for which my mother had to wait for a long time and when the doctor saw that the pupil isn't properly dilated, the junior staff had to give the eye drops again and then we had to wait for half an hour. Also, the doctor Ankita Raj didn't even tell us what the problem was. She just kept forcing us to do an operation.

My expectations were surpassed by Disha Eye Hospital's first-rate eye care offerings. The personnel was helpful, swift, and really knowledgeable. The cutting-edge facilities and cutting-edge technology gave me confidence. I was treated wonderfully from the moment I came in. The medical professionals were informed and patient in their explanations of everything. I had a fantastic experience at Disha Eye Hospital, and I wholeheartedly endorse it to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Useless behaviour of the receptionist. government institutions are better. They don't know how to talk to patients. Your whole hospital runs on our money. I am a medical intern myself, people should make sure to not visit this hospital. Totally disappointed. You charge so much but can't hire a good receptionist, even the person at reception in Govt hospital is more cooperative than yours. Change your receptionist 🙏

Best eye hospital in hooghly and doctors check up only 100 rs , lost of machines here best operation place for eyes polite behaviour staff and doctors no car parking area but if you park your car hospital opposite site road lots of space for parking

Staffs behaviour is very very bad and doctors are not good, they don't gave proper time to patients and don't try to understand patients problems. So I request to all my friends plz don't gamble with your most valuable part of ur body in Disha Eye Hospital, Sheoraphuli .

One of the greatest optimist chains in West Bengal. Very reasonable price.(200 INR for online booking/250 INR for on spot booking) Doctors are also very generous, kind in nature. They are also selling spectacles, lenses and eye related medicines, drops. But in my opinion, the specs and lenses are very overpriced compared to the features. They are not selling genuine specs brands like Armani Exchange, Fossil, Rayban etc, but you will find Essilor Lenses there. There is only one con, the waiting time is massive, like 3-4 hours, depending on the crowd.
