Some staffs are good but some needs training. They don’t know how to speak with customers. Without patient money, your hospital facility will stop. It’s “give and take”. We give money , you provide better service. Second, washrooms are not cleaner comparing to other old leading hospitals. Need huge improvements in cleanliness. Hope, customer feedback is taken seriously.

Worst staff behaviour specially the receptionist sitting on the ground floor agedly, wearing spects.... thinking herself as C.M of bengal All the staffs are overconfident. Management is like fish market....May God give some sense to the recruitment team before selecting such fisherman in the campus.

Management is very poor no proper coordinations and communication with patient and the staffs specially at USG department at very rigid and are not professional in behaviour one after one are staff are very over confident and intelligent backwardly..Wonder how reputed healthcare such as Anandalok doesn’t look after the management functioning

At reception of anandalok sonoscan one nepali staffs behave very rudely and it is very difficulty to interact regarding test and treatment.😡
