Disha Eye Hospital Siliguri

This hospital operates with more bureaucracy than a government hospital. Their customer support is highly incompetent and seems to take pride in emphasizing what the hospital doesn’t do or allow, rather than assisting patients. There’s a complete lack of understanding that they are in the hospitality sector. A great opportunity for them to invest in proper training for their staff.

My mother had cataract surgery of both the eyes from Dr Saha and now she is doing well. We are happy with the service.

Had ordered a pair of glasses from disha eye hospital and it was delivered at home by MR Mithun without any hassle and with proper care of item.

The treatment at Disha Hospital is very bad. There are no manners. The doctor also does not treat well. My mother had once done treatment. They gave me the wrong glasses, due to which she had more problems. And now I have gone to Nepal again and cleared my mother's treatment. Friends, we all earn our money with hard work. Please do not waste your money by going to such a place.

Terrible experience, I took appointment & as per time(2:30PM) I reached today at 2:23PM, receptionist told me to wait they will call me & then I waited but they didn't call me. They were calling the patient those are booked name today with ₹250. Then after 25 mnts they called me. But my question is... If you are not providing facilities for pre registration they please close this process. We will go & directly take appointment. As I'm from Barrackpore In Barrackpore Disha, Palta Disha they are maintaining process but in Siliguri Disha it's really disappointed service. Now I understood why Siliguri Disha get such a bad review.

Was given 9am appointment i was on time but noone was in the reception. On asking was told its our hospital we follow our timings. If it is so than why the hell are they giving appointment for early hours. Patients are coming from far off places paying extra money and the treatment ia pathetic here in disha eye hospitals
