Diagnostics is a sham. Unreliable reports. Incompetency. Unprofessional service. Arrogant people unable to accept mistakes.

Staff behavior was so UNPROFESSIONAL & HUMILIATING and so was the manger or probably the owner “MR LIFE LINE”. Life line is where staffs pass weird comments and call name on customers. Nevertheless let me tell you what all happened I was there for an elderly lady who was advised for a five days course however she was unaware of the fact that some of the medicines were only for three days and she has already completed the course of the 3 days medicine within the time frame. She thought the medicines were less and asked me to get it from the store. I am not very good at reading doctors instructions or medicine names on a prescription and neither is the lady for whom I visited life line. I showed the prescription to the staffs on the counter and they gave me one of the medicines for 2 more days and said that they don’t sell the other medicine loose so I have to take the whole strip of capsules. I was short of cash so I took what I could and asked for the cost of a pain relief balm for the lady. They showed me the exact balm which the lady had asked me to get. I left the store to get more money so that I could buy the medicines and the balm. Fortunately I met the lady’s son and he found out that his mother has completed the three days medicine course and she is just left with the medicine which was prescribed for 5 days and she has exact medicine to cover the five days course. He was very annoyed with the ignorance of the life line staffs. I visited the store and it was not very crowded however the staff kept ignoring me when they found that I was there to return the medicine. On top of that one of the staff said “WHY DID I PURCHASE, IF THE MEDICINE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RETURNED?? “ I told him that I am not an expert like him, who earns his living on reading medicines and instructions from the doctor’s prescription. You can’t simply go ahead and sell medicine to a patient who no longer needs it just for your profit sake. THIS IS VERY UNETHICAL. The staffs started arguing with me and one of the lady started calling names on me. I asked for the manager and no one seemed to be bothered. When I told everything to the manager the manager said I was over reacting and asked me to leave. WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF THE ELDERLY LADY HAVE OVERDOSED? I AM NOT OVER REACTING MR MANAGER. I AM CONCERNED.IS THIS HOW YOU DO YOUR BUSINESS. YOU ARE PREYING ON ELDERLY PEOPLE. I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH SUCH ODDS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY, NOT EVEN TO AN UNKNOWN PERSON.

Had come to visit just because they have Dr Rathi here. There's a woman who wears specs and sits right beside the stair care inside. The most arrogant and unprofessional front desk staff I've ever seen in an establishment like Lifeline. She wrote our name and showed us the way to go upstairs and wait for the doctor. Then she called me back to make the payment. If the payment was to be made then why the hell send us upstairs in the first place. Claims to have worked here for 6 years. By reading the other reviews and the number of people unhappy with the staff. i can now get an idea of the customers she may have harassed in the past The owner needs to understand that customers pay a good amount of money to visit the doctor not to face your extremely unprofessional staff. Well dont worry, 6 saal nahi 60 bhi yahi ho jaega tumhara kaam seekhte seekhte agar lifeline tab tak chali to. 65 tak to shayad kaam karna seekh hi jaogi.

I strongly do not recommended this shop as they don't care about their Coustomer. The owner is very rude and only care about making money. He even does not bother about the Coustomer satisfaction rather he starts an argument if the Coustomer wants to exchange or return something. Had a really worse experience. If possible do not visit this place and go for a shop where Coustomers are treated well and valued for buying lens, frames or medicines.

There is a lot of options for health check up here as a wide range of doctors are available..the pharmacy is well stocked..there is even an optics shop in the premise...blood tests are done at a subsidized rate...staff behaviour is quite up to the mark...I hope they keep up the good work.

One of the old and reliable medicine shops in the area. The panel of doctors are also amongst the best in the town. Location is a little congested but you can find almost all kinds of medicine but avoid going during evening hours if you have to buy medicine only.

Worst staff behaviour. And the owner or the manager, i don't really know who he is but he doesn't care about you. He is there to make money and he is doing so. Please do not visit the store ,if you have a death wish go ahead.
