I have recently visited the store. It was an amazing experience. Parminder and team are very helpful and always gives the best service. There are plenty of collections of frames and lenses. Must visit if you’re looking for eyeglasses and sunglasses. Excellent work and good approach towards the customer, keep doing well. 😊

The owner of the shop is good and all the products are of reasonable price and yea ! the quality is very good , it is very comfortable for the wearer wheather it is sunglass or specs👌👌.Visit their store and grab your comfortable wearer as it's just nearby your place🙂.

Pathetic experience...while changing the broken glass ended up discoloring my rimless frame from Himalayas.Dont bother to change the nose pads and delivers in cotton bag which is unsuitable for a fragile thing like spectacle.

1. Staff is as condescending, passive aggressive and money minded as possible - don't expect civility if you're not a middle aged man 2. Average quality products for at least thrice the amount Edit: don't fall for the positive reviews - scroll the little, you'll find the honest ones

I visited this store for my watch repairing and realised that the store is excellent in both service and product quality. I met the owner and he himself assisted me and he is truly exceptional. I can never forget the standard of service New Punjab watch & Optical store has. Overall my experience in the store was great and I highly recommend this store for all your eye wear and watch essentials.
