Extremely bad service and bad behavior of staff. They make money using your insurance and not give you proper service. Never go their for eye tretment. *Frist of all please replace your "General ward" lady security guard. She don't know how to talk with patient very rough behavior. And also look assistance nurse.

Overall experience was good. Few things required to be focused 1.Reception 2.Waiting lounge system need some changes Check up is fine. Nurses are helpful.

M too sad because the behaviour of nurses in retina section and day care section ...i dont understand if nurses r more qualified then doctors, why should we wait for doctors......nurse got frustrated when we ask for doctors visit they say u dont have pbrlm then y should u visit doctors, i do have a pbrlm thats why i want to visit doctor otherwise noone is happy to visit hospital randomly.....And day care nurse when u gave them ur file they will send u to other person ,repeat ²....otherwise It's great to have such a good hospital in our locality, good environment and even doctors are experienced , doctors except some nurse m glad to got treatment for my mom....this hospital is not only for eye but teeth also do visit everyone and they also have canteen in 3rd floor which provides tasty food.......everything is good ,excellent doctors .....let see how's going in future

Very good atmosphere in the hospital.. Staffs are doing their job in politely mannar.. No need to go Nepal for eye problems.

It was a nice experience with lions all staff. They are very gentle and I'm fully satisfied with the treatment.

The service at Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital is reasonably fast, but the behavior of the ophthalmologists and reception staff is unsatisfactory. Dr. Service is okayish but They do not address patients' queries properly, completing check-ups within a minute. Doctor visit was 200 rs. when I showed in 2023. Now 300rs in 2024, 300 visit is quite high. Thank you.
