Titan Eye+ at City Centre, Siliguri

Defective set of glasses received via post..My wife had placed an order for a set of two glasses. Since we had to leave for Sikkim the reps at the shop promised to ship us the order in about 3 days. They took about double that time to get this order ready and took another 4-5 days to dispatch the item. After all this delay the product received was found to be defective. Bad experience turned worse..

Have been to this place many times....for my friends...and the there are large variety of frames to choose from... The prices are very reasonable....and affordable... The staffs are very good... helpful and humble... I had nice experience in this store... though i haven't bought anything from here... But my friends with whom i went to the store are really satisfied from their purchases..

They have a great collection and helped me find the best pair. Even after a year of purchasing a Titan specs they fixed the specs which broke in 3 parts without any extra charges. Great service.
