Never consult with Dr. Sumana Chatterjee. She is the most unprofessional doctor I had ever seen. She didn't want to here the patient problem. Her behavior is too rude. She didn't know how to behave with patient.

I have never encountered such an unprofessional and ill-mannered doctor as Dr. Sumana Chatterjee. While she may be competent in her field, she lacks basic interpersonal skills when it comes to dealing with patients. A doctor's empathy can contribute significantly to a patient's recovery—sometimes even by 50%—but unfortunately, she shows none. Her approach is extremely impersonal. She examines the patient briefly, then asks them to leave the room. Later, a compounder comes out to explain the prescribed medications. She refuses to speak directly with patients or their relatives and avoids answering even the simplest questions. Even when a patient tries to explain their symptoms, her response is often, "Okay sir, go and sit outside , the compounder will explain." Her behavior comes across as arrogant, as though she is offering a free service and doing patients a favor. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this so-called eye institute.

Very worst service, Staff behaviour is very uncultured and unprofessional, the way of Patent screening is very unorganized. very lengthy process maintain by the hospital to reach out to Doctor.

All modern amenities available here, friendly staffs are very helpful. Although a distinguished typical eye care institute. They prior to the emergency patients, who need urgent treatment. Visited recently it was a great experience. One thing more online booking and free parking available here.
