Titan Eye+ at Uttarpara, Kolkata

We went there for the first time today and I have to say it was an amazing experience as the staff are very friendly, they got the latest styles in stock and also have an amazing atmosphere. As today was woman's day they also invited us to celebrate it with them and also gave us some cake. This was an awesome experience and it definitely left a very positive impression on me.

All are very cordial. Very attentive to visitors and deal every visitors with great care. It is true that behaviour of the staff is good, but efficiency and services rendered to us is worst than any thing. I have purchased four spectacles. Now I think this particular shop deserves a half star rating, not even one star. The higher authority is requested to look into the matter to prevent further deterioration.

i have visit the store few days ago i have - 200 power and I'm using without power sunglasses when i visit the store i asked for sunglasses then store staff said sir you want power sunglass or without power then i asked him can i make power sunglasses he said yes sir you can before I don't know power sunglass also come now I'm using power sunglass and it's very comfortable I'm so happy with your service thank you very much store team for your wonderful service ❤️

I received my new spectacles after eye testing done here and within a week the frame got tilted. Hence I took the spectacles to the showroom and the staff over there fixed it. After I came home and just kept my spectacles in the box the lens came out and I found the frame broken. I returned to the showroom to get that fixed, but I am still waiting for 3 weeks without spectacles. Today when I called showroom at first they said it has come back after getting repaired. Hence I asked them to double check so that I can collect it tomorrow. Then they again told me that it’s not yet back, and they don’t know the status, and they will find out the status tomorrow and call back. I am here without my spectacles for 3 weeks. Hope they get it done by tomorrow. It’s really pathetic !!

Very stylish frames at reasonable price. Courteous staffs and good customer service. If possible only expedite the delivery process as it took a bit longer. Overall experience is pretty good. Looking forward to buy more with Titan Eye Plus in future. :-) :-)

The service was extremely good, they have made my specs within a few hours time, which I was requiring to be delivered on the same day itself. The staff’s were quite supportive. Overall good experience
