I asked them to order me contacts in mid February and as of 2 months later I still did not have my contacts. I had no communication from them except if I was the one to text or call. I never received a call from the Dr. even after I had raised concerns of needing my contacts. I asked for a refund and ordered from an online site which sent me the same contacts within a few days. We will be looking for a new ophthalmologist.
