With new doctors and new staff, you just never know what you're gonna get. This is one of the best visits I've had in a long time. The technician came in friendly got right to work did what she needed to do, a few minutes later Dr. Victoria came in smiling and friendly told me that I needed cataract surgery which had been put off by the other doctor for some reason, but the visit was very short and sweet I'm very happy with Vision First.

From the moment I walked in, the ladies up front acknowledged me with warm smiles as they collected my id and insurance. My name was called and I was lead to a room and the young lady that care of me, was so down to earth it as if I'd known her for years (sorry I forgot your name). When I was done with her, Dr. DeShazo came in and double checked my eyes and everything turned out great! I left with a clean bill of health and made Vision 1st my new go to for my eye check ups!

Called the office Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday just to order contacts and no one ever got back in touch with me. Even when I went by the office and left my name and number and still never received a call back, after standing up front for 10 minutes, not knowing that the girl at the front desk was gone to lunch until someone else asked.
