I had an excellent appt. They gave me an appt quickly because my glasses broke. I haven't been to Walmart Vision Center in years but this one in Athens is AWESOME!! The dr was very thorough & really explained everything to me so I understood! The ladies who helped with the check in process , helping pick out frames, & making sure i was satisfied prior to me leaving!

They're not going to keep trying to get your prescription correct. They put more faith in "the machine" than in my feedback about my vision. 1st time my astigmatism correction was off and they remade the glasses. 2nd time the reading portion of the bifocals wasn't right. They refused to remake.

My glasses frame broke and I needed some more really bad, as I'm pretty much blind without them. Unsure about how I would get some to fit my custom lens, during the epidemic, I figured it is worth a shot to try Walmart. I definitely didn't want to go where I was overcharged for my glasses in the first place. I went there today and the lady there was really nice and seemed to really want to help me. She tried multiple frames, and to my surprise, she found a frame that fit my lens perfectly. Once I got my glasses on I noticed that she was also a cutie. I once was blind, but now I see.....thanks to her.
