Amazing staff! Took the time to explain everything( I think) in excellent detail. For me that was a big thing! Not a single person was rude. Great service! Amazing experience! Can't wait to pick up my pretty new glasses!

This was my first visit to this office and as a person who deals with anxiety they were beyond awesome! I had previously went to another optometrist in this area and they were extremely rude. I felt like they didn't want me there let alone they didn't want to see me. I ended up with overpriced "ugly" glasses just to hurry up and get out of there. I really needed my glasses so I didn't have an option to just leave at that point. Needless to say Dr. Lynn and His staff exceeded my expectations! I will definitely return for all my exams, glasses and contacts! Their prices are also amazing! Name brand beautiful frames at $130 (+/-). They are upfront with their pricing and are able to work with you. I'd definitely recommend this Dr and staff! I pray they never change or move! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! Thank you!

Amazing place to go! The staff is absolutely wonderful. I was able to get my glasses the same day. Doctor Lyn was very informative. I almost missed my appointment and they worked with me to still be seen that day. Highly recommend!

I came here with a prescription from another doctor. I received wonderful service. I am anxiously waiting on a beautiful pair of glasses that I ordered, complete with Michael Kors frames at a price I can afford. Great customer service. Will definitely be returning.

Best experience ever! Super sweet and very pretty ladies at the reception, Dr .was very nice professional and personal, fast and accurate. My daughter got her glasses the same day! They were as excited for her as she was!

Amazing staff!! They fixed my daughter's glasses so quickly and helped us find a case that suits her needs.

This was my first time visiting and the people were so nice! Dr.Lyn was very sweet and talkative. Nothing felt awkward during my visit. Overall a great place!

My friend scheduled her NEW patient eye appointment here for today at 4:45. Unfortunately, when my friend made her appointment she got confused and thought it was another eye place (all the names are really similar). So, basically my friend had the right number but went to the wrong location. Anyways, the lady she spoke with told her she would have to come by to pick up the new patient paperwork. So, she went to the office she thought it was and they told her she didn't need to pick it up. So she didn't. Yesterday, she called (the right place) and asked if I could come with her. The lady said yes of course as long as it was just us two and we wore a mask. My friend even gave her her name and she gad been talking to them about her insurance for a couple of days. Nobody said anything about paperwork or anything. Needless to say, we ended up at the wrong place for her appointment. When we realized where we were supposed to be, we called them and said we would be there in 5 minutes. We got there TWO minutes passed time. We walked in and the EXTREMLY RUDE receptionist started yelling at my friend that she didnt come pick up the paperwork and she couldn't be seen. We tried to explain to her what happened this whole time and she just said oh well. If the 5 o clock patient doesn't show she can be seen, but if they do she would have to reschedule. My friend, not once, gave her any problems even though she was extremly rude! My friend said okay and took the paper. She finished in less then three minutes. The 5 o clock patient walked in as we were fixing to hand her the paperwork and as my friend handed her the paperwork she said oh well you can't be seen. I about lost my mind!! She was so rude! I don't even know why, she just had two months off!! My friend and I haven't! We work for a doctor's office and I assure you, this is the last thing we want to deal with!! If she would have been nicer and tried to ask the doctor if he could still see us, we would have understood. But, why when she called the several times she call did anybody not remind her to get the paperwork?? Management should really correct this issue because now is not the time to loose clients. I promise there are hundreds of people needing a job and would treat patients a lot better then this lady did! I am absolutely disgusted!!! Unfortunately, I was also looking for a place for me and my kids to go. So right there, that's 4 people who you lost because of someones bitter attitude!!
