Trina was awesome at finding my vision insurance and being understanding when I needed to reschedule my appointment a few times. Brookann was on point with my work up before I saw the doctor. Dr. Ragazzoni is the best. Samantha was awesome at finding the right frame for my needs. Brenda was great to talk with during my visit. Everyone in the Clanton office is wonderful and it feels like your with friends the moment you walk in the door!

I had a visit last week and a thin blond girl with tattoos was my nurse, she was real sweet and it went good. Doctor was good, But I went to pick out my glasses and the girl who was in charge of that was so rude!! She was snappy with me and treated me like I was interrupting her downtime!! I couldn't believe she was being so rude? I kept looking around like is anyone hearing this?!? I tried complementing her, being kind to her but she treated me like I wasn't worth nothing... I don't know her name but she made me feel like it was time to find a different eye doctor......

Great customer service and experience, truly like the new doc. The old doc wasn't bad, but the new doc is so super friendly and my kids love her. We always get greeted anytime we walk in the door which is nice. When it comes to getting your glasses fixed or customized Sam is the go to gal her customer service is out of this world. Everyone at this location seems to take the time to listen to your concerns and make sure that they are addressed. So I would 100% recommend this location!

This was a fabulous experience! Sam was so helpful with helping me pick my glasses. Dr. Raggazzoni was so patient with me during my exam. I forgot the young lady's name that got me ready for the doctor, but she was just precious. The receptionist was friendly when I walked in. Everyone was just so cheerful and kind. The last time I had my eye exam, they were in Montgomery. I will be driving from Wetumpka to Clanton from here on out.

I am always impressed by this office. The front desk staff is always the best part. The ladies are so kind and relatable and always remember me. I don't wait for my appointment because they don't overbook, which is great! I actually today went on the wrong day to my appointment and they kindly worked me in. I went somewhere else last time I had my eye exam. Never again! Glad to be back and you should give them a try.
