Marx Optical

I recently purchased several pairs of prescription glasses from Marx Optical in Cullman. The young lady who first assisted me was very friendly and personable. However, the glasses that I selected on my initial visit weren't designed to fit my face. I returned to Marx several times for frame adjustments before I finally requested to speak with a staff member who had the most experience in fitting glasses properly. I was introduced to Doris. Doris is so knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem. She guided me to glasses that were better designed for me. Marx graciously exchanged all the glasses, making new lenses for them, and only charged me the difference in the cost of the new frames, for which I am very appreciative. I've still had to visit Doris a few times for frame adjustments and she is always so kind and patient. I highly recommend requesting Doris when you go to Marx for your optical needs.

Listen, just save yourself shopping around for the best. Go here, because I've been to several places and this is by far the most friendliest, supportive, caring place. And they got my prescription correct on the 1st go around! Not to mention the staff there is hands down so helpful! Doris and Stephanie went above and beyond. My whole family will be back for all of our glasses. I am regretting not getting the other ladies names because they were so kind and made me feel so much less nervous too. Last but certainly not least, Dr. Chan has been the absolute sweetest and most thoughtful to not only me, but also my babies. Seriously, thank you ladies

Dr. Chan and assistant Ethan were very helpful. Ethan was a burst of energy and would communicate with me since I never seem to shut my mouth He definitely deserves a raise regardless of his pay status now. Dr Chan even admitted that Ethan does so much for this practice and is always helpful and courteous. Kelsi the optician that helps fitting glasses and helped us pick the perfect frames but a close resemblance that was free with our insurance. The office manager offered a 20% discount because the free ones couldn't be ordered. Kelsi definitely also needs a raise and I will be back soon to see if her and Ethan got their raise. They did great with my teen. Will definitely continue to use this business. Thank you

This is my first time at Marx Optical and my experience was amazing. Dr. Morton was fabulous. She reminded me of my other doctor I use to see that retired. Haley was one of a kind getting me ready for doctor then I even got her when I came out! Love it. I also had Stephanie. This place is beyond nice.

I had the best experience at Marx Optical today getting new glasses and contacts ! Alicia made all the difference, she listened to my needs and helped me find frames and contacts that best suited me and my budget! She didn't make me feel like she was just trying to "make a sale" . She really listened to what I wanted, made great suggestions, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I absolutely love my new glasses. Everyone here is so friendly and quick and efficient. Stephanie D. was so sweet and professional. She helped me when I brought in a previously owned pair of glasses to have new lens placed in. I will definitely continue to drive from Blount County to come here.

Haley is an exceptional employee. She was so sweet and helpful. Her demeanor is something you definitely want to come back and see. Lauren is a kind heart as well. If you see these two you'll have an excellent visit.
