Dr. Wilder is one of the most competent and caring physicians I've ever been treated by. His genuine kindness and clever sense of humor immediately put me at ease. He explained my treatment information clearly and coherently and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. I highly recommend him along with the entire team at Southern Eye Group. Our community it lucky and blessed to have them.

Dr. Wilder is great! Very thorough and knows eyes!!! I've been with him past several years. He's helping me go through the transition with dreaded readers! He's he is innovative, and he stays up on the latest drugs that have been brought to market and released by the FDA and other words he is not too old school. He is with the most recent medicine. I was quite impressed with my visit & care at Southern Eye Group in Fairhope. Dr Wilder was very professional, personable & down-to-earth; the intake nurse was equally professional and personable. I also want to give kudos to them for my cataract surgery performed by Dr McDaniel with this clinic, it went off w/o a hitch & I had no issues after the procedure, I do appreciate their checking up on me promptly afterwards. Overall I am very impressed with the Drs & staff at S.E.G.!

I'm a new patient. The staff was excellent. Dr. Wilder was wonderful. The only reason I'm not giving you five stars is because the wait was incredibly long. My appointment was at 9 AM. I waited in the main lobby for an hour! Then after my screening with a technician, I waited another 20 to 30 minutes. I was there for over two hours for an annual eye exam. Administrator, please try to do something to move the process along.

Dr. Wilder is one of those rare physicians who immediately puts you at ease the moment he walks into the room. He's genuine in a way you don't often see, He listens fully, he cares deeply, and you can feel that your wellbeing truly matters to him. On top of that, he's wonderfully witty.His sense of humor, paired with his calm confidence, creates an atmosphere where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Mostly, he is knowledgeable. He is a rare find, and I am thankful to have him an my physician.

I was sent to Southern Eye Group 5 years ago to see Dr. Zloty for a condition that he treated and got me through ( Double Vision in 1 eye) Though the examination that he and his staff conducted it was found that I had cataracts forming but not too aggressively at the time. He also prescribed drops to manage the retinal pressure in both eyes that was getting too high. Throughout the next five years he monitored the cataracts until they progressed and we scheduled the surgery. Now after having both eyes done, I have been able to put my glasses ( that I had to wear constantly) in a drawer and have not wore them since. He implanted a clear lense in both eyes and the change has been AWESOME!! Dr Zloty is in my estimation the only Dr I want taking care of my eyes. I'm sure there are others that are great surgeons in the group but he impressed me from the moment we met!! The staff at that office are ALL amazing, Miss Jackie , Sofia and ALL the others are very special people. Always very friendly, helpful and courteous and are really treat to see at every visit. Dr Zlotys knowledge, personality and bedside manner are all a testament to the man himself!! I have been seen by Dr Wilson since the surgeries a couple times and she is VERY good and very nice!! I recommend Southern Eye Group and Dr Zloty ( and his team) to everyone that will listen to me!! An amazing facility filled with amazing people!! I feel honored and blessed to have been connected with these folks !!

Office staff was very pleasant. Dr Wilson was attentive and careful to answer my questions, giving me options. I have been using Southern Eye Group for many years. Will be back next year!
