Dr. Parker is an excellent doctor! I've been going to him many many years & s did my mom before she passed at 92. He has always worked me in. No he has not, not charged me as does no other doctor! I have insurance as it is necessary as with any other doctor or you pay cash! And I dont know of any doctor who talks to you on the phone! Although I did speak with him on the phone once because he himself refers people to the lions club to get glasses when they dont have the money. In other words dont listen to these mean spirited people cause of these ridiculous people who expected way more that he could offer. Also I could NEVER see him being rude! He is one of the kindest doctors I have & has always been to my mom & I. I hear it from many others as well.

So I'm a disabled veteran and on a limited income so my wife has to go to the er because her eye had this growth and they send her to this doc and she explained to him she didn't have insurance and could not afford multiple visits to the doc. So he goes on to say he would not give her a full eye exam and not dilate her eyes so he could not be certain what was wrong. So he charged her $75 to give her a prescription for eye drops and told her to come back in a month for another $100 visit so he could dilate her eyes. So she comes home and I wonder why he didn't go ahead and dilate her eyes and tell her what is going on so I became skeptical and made her a appointment at a eye doctor in Huntsville .the doc in Huntsville told us it was a growth that needs surgery and the doc here should have known from one glance . This doctor was only trying to milk money from her and he is still in business we will be looking for a lawyer to make him reimburse the money spent with him!

Took my son for eye exam and told us they will call us if we have a balance. 2 weeks letter we receive a nasty letter THREATENED US that if we don't pay $20 it will go to collection. When I called they said Dr parker told us to do it to all his patients no matter what the length is, then they hung up on me! When I called back they said Dr parker don't talk to patients on the phone! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Will not for any reason work with you to work you in. My husband needed exam for insurance and the receptionist would not even ask the doctor if he could be worked In. Receptionist was rude! Needless to say, I've got him in with my eye doctor. Worked him in for me even though he was booked through December.

First time visit. Dr. Parker extremely professional and easy to talk to. Explained in details what was going on with my eyes. Staff so helpful too. 5 stars all the way.

He's an Excellent Eye Doctor!!! Very good with my child, takes his time, and is always concerned and very professional!!!
