From the moment I walked in, I was treated with patience and understanding. The doctor was fantastic, very energetic and easy to talk to. The tech was amazing helping me find new frames, as I am very picky. She never complained, not once. She also got me a FANTASTIC deal. I highly recommend, it's a pleasant experience!

The people were nice but I was very disappointed in the fact that they didn't give me a choice between having my eyes dilated for no additional charge or to pay $39.00 for a procedure they said would cause my eyes to be less blurry. Instead they insisted on me paying the $39.00 for the other procedure until I asked if that the only way that I could get an eye exam, then and only then did they mention dilation. I am on a fixed income and my exams and my eyeglasses are normally covered at no charge to me. But at this establishment I would have to pay out of pocket for my eyeglasses. By the way I called and asked if they accepted my medicare insurance and they said that they did. Well the only thing that I was able to get was an eye exam because I couldn't afford the eyeglasses. Nice place to go if you can afford their prices even though you have insurance that normally covers everything. NOTE: I had to ask for my prescription in order to go and get my eyeglasses elsewhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I LOVE THEM.. 1000 times better than eye care in gardendale. Pearl vision asked me questions before they did anything.. Dr. G was amazing and funny. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and so was the gentleman is taking care of my Rx for my frames. Thank you pearl vision.. Will definitely be back
