I've had a pretty decent experience here so far. The frame selection is hit or miss. The warranty they offer is nice but they never have the same frames you bought it seems. For instance my frames were like $280 and I loved them. I came in to have them replaced because they were messed up and they didn't have my same frames. I had to settle for a frame I didn't love and they were like $200 less than the original frames which is not credited back to you. So all in all the warranty kind of feels like a scam if I'm honest. Yes, my glasses were replaced but I wanted to same exact glasses I paid for originally which I feel like is the point of a warranty.

I have been so pleased with the service & friendliness of the staff! Very professional! Kim was so patient with me and helped me picked out my first pair of glasses. And the day I picked up my new glasses when I got home I was going through my bag and my favorite chocolate candy was inside! Just the best! Highly recommend!

Dr. Goldschmidt and her team are fabulous! From time I walk in until I leave everyone is smiling, helpful, polite and is always ready to offer advice, if asked. I have been their patient for over 15 years. Dr. G always takes the time to explain everything they need to do. She doesn't hesitate to make a referral to a specialist, if needed. She really cares about her patients and their vision. If you're looking for a vision care provider, Southern Focus is top shelf. I highly recommend them.
