Dr. Gagnon is the only doctor I trust to take care of my eyes--so much so that I now drive hundreds of miles to keep my appointments with him! He is extremely knowledgeable about eyes and vision, potential problems that may need watching, and how various activities and good nutrition can affect the outcome. He keeps abreast of the latest advances in eye care. Best of all, he actually listens to my concerns and shares his knowledge rather than rushing along to his next patient. I have always found his office to be well-run and staffed with very friendly, competent people--and I have been coming here for about 10 years.

How can such a thorough optometrist be represented by such careless reception. I do not believe in playing favorites and by this I mean, I will treat who I choose to be professional with, with respect and kindness so that when I treat you Mrs. Ellis with diminution Dr. Gagnon will not believe you because the majority rules. Well I have news for you Kirsten or Kristen, in reality the majority does not rule and I can not and will not bear false witness it is not in my nature to do so. I am a very solemn person and it takes very strong character to associate with such a spirit, your superfluous demeanor and lack of character from the very beginning of my experience there at the "Eye Center" should have been a glorious one but I am compelled to state otherwise. The truth is, you have not made this an ameliorating experience for me considering all the stress that I expressed to you in consulting with previous eye foundations. I just can not understand how Dr, Gagnon is very thorough in care and elucidation and the first voice you hear and the first face you see is not? If you care call me Doc at 266-8330 if not, cessation done.
