Want to say how much I enjoyed my experience at this location. Out of all the Walmart vision centers I can't believe the level of customer service this team has. Johana the young lady that helped me was so polite well spoken and very welcoming since I walked into the vision center. I was so happy that they took my outside prescription! By the time I walked in I was welcomed right away and Miss Johana walked me to the frame board to show me options and gave me a cute little tray to minimize my choices. The fact that she only has a couple of months working in optical and this being her first job, I was so shocked how thorough she was! Definitely recommend their prices as well! With no insurance I was able to get my everyday pair and a back up for what I payed in a private optical place for just one! Outstanding!!

I wanted to let as many people as I do, know that this Lakeshore Pkwy location of the Walmart Vision Center is top notch, friendly, competent, efficient, professional, and a less expensive option to other places when getting eye glasses, contacts and even seeing a professional optometrist, ( Dr. Frank LaRussa who is so professional, competent, and an amazing doctor in his expertise/field of study). The staff which includes Mannie and Laura who have been there for a long time, and Dr. Frank LaRussa who has been practicing for many years, make your visit seem so inviting and warm. They welcome you the minute you step foot into the store. It is always a pleasant experience for my family and me, every single time! We have gone here for years, and it is a unique & fantastic experience each time. Bravo, to all the employees & Dr. LaRussa, and thank you for all your do!Keep up the incredible work! The only thing is Walmart should commend all of you for all your do!!! It is very hard to find such a great and deserving team as the one at Walmart Vision Center inside the Lakeshore Pkwy Walmart location!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Homewood, AL. The manager, Manuel, truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable--he answered all of my questions and made the whole process so smooth. It's clear he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I left feeling confident in my new glasses and genuinely appreciated. Highly recommend this location and especially Manuel--thank you for making my visit so great!

When I entered the vision center, I was completely blown away with how welcoming the staff was. The staff truly made my experience here incredible, I came in frustrated as I left my private office complaining about the issues of my glasses never sitting on my face right. I was hoping they could find away to adjust my glasses properly since they couldn't. The staff understood my situation and even helped adjust my glasses so they now sit accordingly on my face! I had been struggling with this for weeks ever since I got my glasses. I will definitely be coming here again for both my eye exam and to buy new glasses!
