The staff and doctors and Gadsden Eye Associates in Jacksonville were top notch. Everything from the initial phone call, secretary, and doctors were incredible. They handled my 5-year old daughter so well. A lot of doctors offices need to take notice, because they were absolutely incredible!!

Love , love this place!! Everyone and I mean everyone I come in contact with was very friendly. They helped with picking out glasses, Also made sure my insurance would help cover what we were picking out ( awesome). I have all good things to say about Gadsden Eye !!! You will not be disappointed!

They are simply the best! If you are looking for a new eye doctor you will not be disappointed here. I was having insurance issues and had to cancel the first appointment I made. Even after the insurance company said it was fixed and I rescheduled, it still was not showing the proper coverage from the doctors side when I arrived. Never once did the ladies at Gadsden Eye Associates make me feel badly for all the issues (or technically missing my appointment since the insurance calls were taking so long), but they worked patiently to help me get them resolved, going above and beyond to show kindness and care, and still get me seen the same day. Dr. Bunn is patient to listen to any concerns and takes her time with your appointment to be sure you are taken care of!

I give this one star because the staff there is very nice. But my exam led to a prescription that was far too strong and glasses that did not work for me. I'll give them another star for sending out the glasses for another try, but that didn't work either -- and this time, the glasses lacked the Transitions feature I paid for. I lost my vision credit for the year on my insurance and I'm out $200+ out of pocket for a pair of glasses that I will put back and perhaps wear one day when my eyes are worse. In the end, it was a bad exam, bad prescription. I will never return.

I just wanted to get an update on my eye perception so I just went for a eye exam the receptionist was good, but everyone else were rude and impatient with me, because my eyes are extra sensitive to lights being shined in them. They acted like it was the end of world that they had to deal with someone a little bit harder, and the eye doctor was the worst a long blonde haired woman she couldn't get the a reading on the health of my eyes so she said I have to move to the next patient and come back to you. I couldn't believe she said that your job got a little bit harder and you just don't want to do your job she didn't tell me anything about my eyes I asked her loads of questions, but she was silent they were probably upset because I did a ten dollar co pay and and got my glasses online. Anyway I don't ever do reviews unless it was really bad, save yourself the trouble and go to Walmart that's where I'm going next time.
