America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My visit herewas so wonderful! I highly recommend. I was interested in the 2 frames plus exam for X amount deal they had going. I use a wheelchair and everyone on staff was very accommodating and everything was well accessible for wheel chair use. The Dr performing my exam was very personable, kind and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. You also can't beat the prices they have and not to mention they offer plenty of really cute frames to pick from to fit anyone's personal style.

The name of this business is important because you would never suspect it without someone telling you. The people were very nice and attentive and it seemed clean. The advertise $89 for example and two pair of glasses. I thought I would try them out. I to ot the cheap frames and thin lens. Price? $400+. I asked for just one pair, $300+. Weird math so I declined and noticed the prescription was grossly wrong. Ok, medical errors happen. I called and asked to have them fax the corrected Rx. "Impossible, I must pick it up and show ID to verify my identity." I could ensure my id on the phone using the transaction number and all the documents I used to open my accout. I walked in and was handed the script without anything but me saying my name. Misleading and a strange power trip. It was like a carnival game. I went elsewhere where it was cheaper and if you ask me, the best place in America.

Doctor was friendly and attentive. Process was quick and informative. If you get the membership it helps out with exam cost! Everyone there was friendly. Worth the trip to Alabama! I really love these new contacts lenses! They feel great!

Don't use this place I went in got a contacts eye exam and some contacts The contacts they gave me "their house brand" irritated my eyes can't wear them I got online to order the acuvue Oasis which is what I wore for years and had no issues and they specifically put that I was only allowed to have their specific brand of contacts on my prescription so the place I ordered from couldn't send them to me and when I contacted them about it they tell me that I have to come in and get a whole new prescription just to change brands of contacts I got to have a whole other eye exam even though I just had one not a month ago they do this on purpose so that the only brand you can get is their brand it's some bull crap

This is a wonderful contact and eyeglass store. The eye exam will help you get information for new eye care. I like all the eyeglass choices. They have so many choices to get glasses you like. I'm happy to get exam and new eyeglasses here. The prices are reasonable for good exam and products. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful to get you better vision.

I was curious about my contacts/ eyeglass prescription and I just got absolutely first rate customer service from Allison. She handled my questions with care, and she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and kept it real! Go amercas best!

I'm going to give them a five because it isn't the people working at this location fault. The day I went to my schedule appointment there were a lot of people coming in . In need of eyewear. But because of that I waited an extremely long time. As well as the store being short staff and there only being one doctor. So due to the short staff be selective if you decide to go to this location. But for the current workers they are trying their best and doing a great job. Great location great price and great service

I felt like I was the center of attention when in the building. Very nice and professional staff and they are very attentive to customers. Great atmosphere there and I am happy I chose Americas Best. My glasses are what I wanted and they are serving the purpose very well. Product and price are great. I compliment all who I came in contact with and recommend this place 100%>
