They were extremely friendly, efficient, and mindful of my time and were able to get my appointment done in only an hour. From the moment I arrived until the final bit of paperwork, they were communicating with me through every step and making sure all my bases were covered with insurance. They were also wonderful people to talk to. I will definitely be using them as my primary optometrist now!

I recently moved to Mobile and was looking for a place for an eye exam and glasses and contacts. My wife tried them first and was super impressed. I just left there and wow, was she right! They were not in a hurry, explained everything to me, and made it easy to get new contacts and glasses both. I highly recommend these people!

The entire team was so sweet and professional. I called this morning to set up a Comprehensive Eye Exam, and they were able to fit me in on the same day. The wait time was minimal, and the office was cleaned thoroughly.

Last minute, impromptu, add on to a rare shopping day at the Bel Air mall turned into an amazingly pleasant experience. Tried to get an expired optical script turned into some glasses at LensCrafters, but had to get an appointment with the optometrist before I could get my glasses. This little office hidden in the back of LensCrafters was a blast from the past. It reminded me of a late 80s early 90s movie, not only in architecture but Super friendly and accommodating staff. They squeezed me in during a full scheduled day, as if they didn't have anyone else on schedule. The experience from check-in, exam, doctors visit, and check out was one of the smoothest, accommodating, and friendly visits to an optometrist I've ever had. Some people will overlook this office because it is inside a mall and at the back of a LensCrafters, but if you can overlook having to park and go through the mall, you will not regret visiting this office. I highly recommend giving this office a go, if like me, you have experienced extremely long, exhausting, and packed eye doctors in the past. After this visit, what was once a rare occasion, it seems I will be visiting Bel Air mall much more frequently because of this office and their extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Dr.Davis and staff are super nice & professional! Really takes the time to listen & figure out eye issues. The front desk staff are super friendly & helpful with appointment times.

Great staff. Excellent care. The equipment was thick of the art and they knew how to use it. Dr was very thorough and explained everything that I needed to know about my eyes. Will definitely go here again.

Did not have an appointment, walked in and they were booked. But the wait was not long. Love everyone at Bradley Eye Care, they are Always so nice and welcoming and friendly and always do their best to get us in.
