Downtown Dental and Vision

I can't say enough about this place. My kids absolutely love it, they go above and beyond for the littles from decor to attitude and all of the above. The service was fast, I was juggling two kids with appointments at the same time and they were so accommodating with everything. The staff was the absolute best and so great with the kids. We aren't from the area and had to drive a couple hours to get there but the drive was worth it 100% and we will definitely be returning.

Wish I could do a no star for the recent visit. This place has been nothing but kind. Until December 23rd of 2025 happened. My wife was in the lobby for 2.5 hours and never left, the receptionist claimed she called her name twice. She saying since she didn't respond it's not her fault that she didn't hear and she is not going to go out her way to make sure that she heard her. The whole time my wife is there, I'm at work checking on her and she was never called to the back. So my wife gets there around 1 ish and now it's 4:16 and I'm on my way to swap cars because I have to go get my daughters from my grandparents house. So as I'm pulling up to the establishment my wife is crying and she says "they didn't even pull my chart." So I walk in the building and wait to be spoken to and politely ask the receptionist why my wife wasn't able to be seen and she said that she called her name twice and maybe she wasn't there when she called her name. When my wife never left the building, another lady comes and says two people called her name. So now I'm like ok someone is lying here. I asked do you just let people sit in your lobby for hours and not ask why there are there? She said yes we do but I guess today was just different because today's answer was "it's not our fault." I have never heard that in retail and customer service business when you have a waiting room or lobby. So as I am just looking for answers the head dentist tells me to leave instead of trying to figure out a solution and said they he is going to call the cops because I'm trespassing. I just wanted to know why my wife was crying and why you had her waiting for so many hours and not at least try to figure something out but instead because I I wasn't moved by you telling me to get out when all I wanted was answers. Calling the cops was the best thing for you, instead of trying to come a conclusion and fixing the issue. Making it seem like we were the problem when you told us in the first place to come in at 1 just not to be seen but you said you called her name and someone that is in the lobby that whole time possibly didn't you hear and the result of them not hearing you it's not your fault. That's how you run your business, that's totally fine. After this situation we will find another dentist office because somebody won't be as nice as me. God has changed my life and that battle wasn't for me it was the lord's and I pray the dentist office changes their ways because it wasn't God like what happened today. That's my review and experience today at Downtown Dental, I pray nobody has an experience like that because again for the most paint there are very nice people but today just wasn't that day. My Lord l had one of the best experiences l have ever had at a dentist appointment from start to finish everyone was great and had patients and cared if l had to rate from 1 to 100 they would get 100 great job you guys keep up the good work you guys have a new patient now and thanks for loving what you do...

Downtown Dental and Visions is exceptional! Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Dr. G and his staff make it a manageable experience. They're wonderful with the kids and even know how to calm anxious parents. Thanks, Dr. G and team!

Went in as a walk-in ! Was explained to that my wait time will be based on them seeing their patients with an appointment first! I arrived at the time of opening! Was seen within 1 hour from signing in ! Excellent wait time for walk-in appointment, Excellent and caring staff! Excellent doctor! The sneery and conformability was superb ! I just love the doctor service dog that he has there ! If I could have taken her / the service dog home with me I would have! Downtown Dental and Vision is and will be for me !!!!

Yall when I say I brought all 3 of my children and all was seen for dental and vision all done and complete in one hour. They are so good with children even small and kids with Mental illnesses. Thanks Down Town dental your the best...

ALWAYS over booked! Only one Dentist on duty at all times but advertise two! This place has a HORRIBLE wait time. Expect to wait at least 2,5 hours for a cleaning and exam and that's with an appointment

It's crazy how people will screw you over then cut ties with you out of no where. My kids and I where going to this office for over 18 years and as of February 2025 I'm no longer going there after I received a letter about how they no longer wanted to do business after they where over charging me up front for two years then had to turn around and reimburse me which went towards this dental work that was done by Dr. G which is disappointing all the cavity fillings I received in the last year had to be redone and as of September 2025 I wanted to wait before I did this review to get a new dentist my last time was terrible do to a dry socket and my nerves was so messed up and I was hurting so bad and upset that he didn't even seem damn concerned just did it and moved on so thankfully I've gotten the work done but you all need to stop screwing people over. Acting like it was my insurance fault no you all need to stop having incompeting people behind that desk and start doing people right or just shut it down cause that. place is not the same. You all did me a favor God Bless.
