Dr. Tim White

I made a vision appointment for an eye exam so I could purchase new contacts and glasses. I saw Dr. White and he discovered some small issues, none where treatment was recommended,, and considered normal because of my age. I have vision insurance to cover my exam They told me the doctor gets to choose if they charge me the much higher specialist medical deductible or use my vision insurance. I thought that was very wrong. I made the appointment for a vision exam. They refused to accept it and made me pay the higher co-pay It was his decision and he was quite rude about it I feel like they stole from me and told them such I would have purchased my glasses and contacts from them, but clearly chose not to use those benefits with their firm nor will I ever go back When the time comes that, my age related eye issues require treatment, it will certainly not be with them

We love Dr. White! He has been our provider for 14 years. He takes great care of our entire family. Our youngest has a chronic eye disease that he helped diagnose when she was young. He has always been so observant, patient, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to really explain things and answer questions.

Dr. White and his staff were amazing! We also love the man that works in optical! He has been extremely helpful in helping my son with his contacts. Thanks to him, my son gets them in and out with no problem and loves them. My son also has aspergers and really is nervous around people, but he said that the man in optical (I'm so sorry I don't recall his name) made him feel comfortable and he really liked him. Thank you to the whole staff for being so great to us

I love this practice. My son sees Dr White. He is the best pediatric eye dr ever! He is great with my son and did a great job explaining my sons vision changes from last year and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. We love him! He is highly recommended!

I took my (young) daughter to see Dr. White at the Eastern Shore location. We had previously seen a different doc in a different group and had a not so great experience. Dr. White and his assistant, Tara, were so awesome at making my child feel comfortable and happy. Dr. White took the time to explain things to me and to help me understand how my child's vision is different. My child's giggles far outweighed her frights today. I am so very happy with the service we received.

Vision Partners exceeds expectations in several realms. For patients like me who have chronic or perpetual various maladies, the staff at Vision Partners ensures a special touch. Even though my first visit began a bit stilted over a co-pay misunderstanding, the management team (Patsy and Vanessa) quickly diffused the static, and all was well. I was very impressed with the ophthalmology techs who conducted the refractions procedure -- their equipment was more patient-friendly than I have experienced in the past; but more importantly, the techs were communicative and very kind. I really liked the protocol of meeting with an OD (Dr. Small, very personable) to determine why and when I would need to see an M.D. (Ophthalmologist). This was a very efficient use of my time. I am immensely grateful for their extra effort in securing safe vision for me while awaiting cataract surgery, which required assistance from the optical staff. They were absolutely amazing! They repaired my very old "unrepairable" glasses. And then, after those glasses were totally destroyed in a freak circumstance, the opticians worked diligently to get my current lenses into a temporary frame -- Stephen is indeed a gifted artisan. Many thanks to him, Nicole, Jennifer -- there was one other lady whose name I don't know. It is important to emphasize that the entire Vision Partners team is truly patient-friendly, and guide their patients with a respect for cost efficiency. I was amazed that they worked diligently to provide interim vision correctness for me before surgery (which would dictate an entirely new prescription) thereby saving a substantial investment in new spectacles -- not once but twice.

Dr. White has been my doctor for several years and I find him to be an outstanding physician. He has a great personality, explains things in words you can understand, and answers questions.

Dr White was very thorough and polite. He carries a lot of common sense and is very understanding. I will ONLY see this guy.
