Whoever answers the phone here needs to take a day off. The receptionist was incredibly rude and acted like I was asking something wild when I simply asked "Hi, are you guys taking new patients?". If you read recent reviews they had a long wit for appointments. I called at 11:30am, was told to leave my info or call back at 2:30. If they act like they sound on the phone, I will try another business.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told there's over a three-month wait, which seems excessive. For those who need contacts or an updated prescription, waiting that long just isn't practical. I understand that good doctors can be in high demand, but access to basic eye care shouldn't be this difficult. If you need timely service, this may not be the best option.

When I went to this business today, both representatives were with customers, but one of them told me where to find the women's frames and said she would be glad to help me as soon as she was done with her customer. The gentleman was having a lengthy and personal conversation with the person he was talking to. So, I found some frames and waited and waited. Then, when the woman was free, she started walking around I guess finishing paperwork ? The gentleman's customer left, just as another guy walked in the door, and the worker asked this guy how he could help him! So, I put back the frames I had chosen, and looked at the guy. Then he asked if I needed any help. So, I left. Frustrating waste of time, maybe you have to have an appointment or already know someone there.

The team here does exceptional work. From the second you walk in they greet and attend to you. VSP is in network here . Also, they don't mind helping you pick a good looking pair of glasses (not their most expensive, but a pair that actually looks good on you). And at the very end, when you get your prescription glasses, they actually adjust them to fit your face as comfortably as possible. The guy at the pickup desk had a small heat machine that gently softened the plastic frame glasses i got to better fit to the shape of my head / sit right on my face. I've been to America's best and Eyeglass world, they don't do that! The glasses I received 3-7-24 fit perfectly and look great. If I could give more stars I would. Team Hillcrest Optical, y'all are awesome, thank y'all!

Dr King is adorable and made me feel so comfortable she knew what she was doing. And the staff to help me pick out my glasses were phenomenal. I absolutely love this dr office for glasses and I think I found a home with getting my glasses and contacts

The people there are very warm. The atmosphere is inviting and open, and the lighting really helps one make an informed decision on which pair of frames to purchase. When helping you choose frames, they're very honest without being rude. My recent trips there were the first time I or anyone in my family bought glasses there, but it won't be my last. They've earned my family's trust and respect, and our loyalty.

I was 31 years old when i went to Dr King. I hadn't wore glasses since i was 16! She got my prescription where I needed it, every other optometrist had me 8 feet tall. Long-story-short, she made wearing glasses fun to me and I was eventually able to wear contacts, with the odds against me with my astigmatisms! She's GREAT ALONG WITH THE STAFF!

Best. Optometrists. Ever. I've gotten glasses from many places over the years; these folks not only were very professional and helpful, I also find the glasses they got me into have made the biggest difference in my sight I've ever had! Definitely staying with them.
