I think that's my last visit. Because what I need is never on the table and I've been a patient for years and my severe dry eyes are not any better. He's done surgery on both tear ducts in each eye. I'm very sensitive light and there is a film over my eyes all day. I wipe my eyes so much that I have chosen to stop wearing glasses.The office staff and Dr Brown is very nice. He just has chosen to not help me with my sensitive eyes and severe dry eyes. I now have been told I have blepharitis and I keep infections in both eyes. So, I am just a hard patient to get any relief.

I did a lot of research when choosing a Dr to do my surgery. I Loved that Dr. Browns website was user friendly and very detailed. I watched his video on the surgery and it gave me a very good sense of security knowing how knowledgeable and precise he was. I liked that all he does is eyes so he's very experienced. Dr. Brown is an excellent ocular surgeon. My upper lids look fabulous and I can see without straining my eyes open. He is also very personable and I feel most comfortable with him.

Dr. Mark Brown and his entire office staff are wonderful. They are all friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease from the very beginning. Dr. Brown is an excellent surgeon and he made sure I understood everything that would happen before and after my procedure. I had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Brown as an Oculo-Facial consultant and surgeon.

Excellent experience all around. Dr Brown, the anesthesiologist, and the supporting nurses all met with me prior to the surgery to explain every facet of the process and answer all my questions. They were all very professional and reassuring. The surgery went perfectly as planned. Following surgery, the discharge nurse carefully explained everything I needed to do during recovery. I was happily home by early afternoon.

Dr. Brown and his staff are phenomenal. Prior to contacting Dr. Brown's office, I suffered from two concurrent painful and ugly chalazions in the hard-to-access outside corner of my eye for over 6 months. This had been improperly managed by a different doctor - dismissal of my concerns over worsening symptoms and refusal to schedule a visit sooner than a month out from this incompetent doctor is what prompted my call to Dr. Brown's office. Dr. Brown's incredible staff recognized my urgent need to be seen, and worked me into the schedule next-day. During my visit, Dr. Brown put me on the surgery schedule for 8am the very next day to relieve me of the prolonged pain the other doctor had ignored! I am incredibly impressed with his staff's compassion and ability to quickly schedule for issues that to the patient seem urgent! In 3 short days, Dr. Brown fixed a problem I had suffered from for over 6 months!! Dr. Brown is very thorough and takes time to explain, educate, and answer all of my many questions. He is kind, has a great bedside manner and doesn't rush through his time with you. His clinic also offers a patient portal where I can message staff, view lab results, etc., which is so convenient for me. He and his staff have been lifesavers for me through my now chronic, recurring eye issues, and make me feel like my concerns are their priority. He's the only surgeon I trust with my eyes from now on! Words can't adequately express my gratitude for the care he and his staff continue to provide for me! 10/10, A+, highly recommended!!
