I had been having trouble seeing for some time, I prayed and asked God to direct me to the right doctor and he did.I thank God for Dr. Tapeka and his staff,they are always very professional and polite. I have recommended others to him because I trust him.since my surgery I can even drive at night again although my family don't trust me to.

Dr Taupeka is a personable Dr who performed miraculous improvements in my vision. With his equipment and within just a few minutes brought my eyesight to 20/20 and 20/30. His assistant is courteous, professional. I was treated well and satisfied when I walked out. Which is much more than I get with other doctors.

I'm honestly very disappointed with my recent appointment. I was told ahead of time that this visit would involve imaging of my brain (an MRI), which is the main reason I scheduled and missed work for the appointment. However, when I arrived, it ended up being another eye exam instead. While the doctor himself was kind and polite, I felt very rushed during the visit. I was also told imaging would be done, but instead I was simply referred elsewhere. The lack of clear communication beforehand made this appointment feel like a waste of my time and lost wages. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the experience due to the confusion and poor communication. I hope the office can improve transparency so other patients don't experience the same frustration.

Was a pleasant visit everyone there was super nice and the doctor himself was awesome and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on

Was told I had a viral pink eye, experienced loss of vision , no culture was ever obtained to identify the actual virus. Took a month to get appt, felt rushed when I was at the appointment like putting cattle through a shoot. Prescribed ointment was $200. Received prescription for an alternative that was on back order and no pharmacy had medication At first visit my eye exam was done without my prescription glasses but at second appointment eye exam was done with my glasses so of course that altered results. I still have loss of vision that I don't think will ever come back. I'm the type person when I don't feel cared about I shut down and don't speak up for myself . I work in healthcare and already have a mistrust . When I came in office on second visit nurse or doctor didn't read my chart ahead of time, Seemed clueless to my issues. I felt completely unseen .

All the staff were wonderful and pleasant to be around. My first visit and was very happy with the provider and his wonderful, kind staff. Dr. Taupeka was very kind and thorough. Definitely would recommend!

Dr. Taupeka made the experience very casual and lazered my eye to get rid of as I named it my spider floating in my eye. He is gone now. Thank you Dr. Taupeka.
