Second year in a row that I ordered my daughters second pair and I guess noone put the order in so now I have to wait god knows how long to get her glasses! Staff is friendly but if you cant put a simple order in then the friendliness does nothing!

Paid cash in office on September 30, 2025. Order was lost in transit and we were never notified -- only found out after repeatedly calling. Glasses were eventually picked up in store. Requested a refund for shipping due to the delay and inconvenience. As of January 21, 2026, no refund has been issued and no management has reached out. Will not be returning.

Most inept and useless optometry business in Mobile. The "Professionals" don't know how to fit frames correctly. Asking them questions is a waste of time because they can't answer. Would be better off buying glasses off the rack in Walmart.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Festa, Missy, and Katheryn. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming when I walked in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my concerns were paramount. You are excellent in your practice and highly recommended. Thank you for your kindness and exceptional service!

Unfortunately this office has gone down hill since Dr. Jordan left. I had been going to Phoenix Optical for years on end prior to Dr. Jordan leaving. I lasted maybe a month there after he left, and immediately went just down the street and haven't even thought about the place since. My wife unfortunately didn't heed the advice from both my daughter (former patient also) and myself and stuck it out. However that has changed in the last few weeks when she went to pick up a contact order she had paid for in advance. Prior to picking the order up, she explained that she wouldn't be by until around 4 pm on I believe a Friday to pick them up. The lady she spoke with said that would be fine. Upon arriving she found the doors locked. Apparently they closed early that day even though the door states 5pm as does any info on the internet. She saw a young lady at the desk and politely knocked on the door in hopes that maybe she could explain that she was just picking up her contacts and that she had told someone she was coming by in time before closing. However her knocks were ignored. She even said that the lady at the desk just casually looked up and saw her and didn't even bother coming to the door to at least attempt to explain anything to her. She then placed a call to the office desk which she could hear ringing and the young lady just ignored the phone call. She even stated that she politely tried to talk to the young lady through the door knowing that she could hear her, but was just fully ignored all the way around. At least she could've just acknowledged a long term paying customer. Now, she will be heading down the road to Premier Medical where both my daughter and I both now go. That place is fantastic and I strongly recommend anyone considering Phoenix Optical to look at Premier or at least somewhere else. Phoenix Optical is far and away from what it used to be.

I have used this location many times. Doctor and staff are always friendly and helpful. My contacts arrived quickly. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Alan Franklin recommended Dr.Festa and she came as advertised. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Missy was also very helpful and very nice! The entire staff was Great!! RTR

Very skeptical after reading all of the negative reviews. But my experience was just fine. Very professional. All of the workers were pleasant and eager to help me. They were all so attentive to my needs and didn't waste any time with my appointment. I was walked through step by step. A very pleasant experience.
